Pete Johnson

When Pete Johnson was little, he was such a fan of The Hundred and One Dalmatians that he wrote to the author Dodie Smith. The pair began to exchange letters and she was the first one to encourage him to write. He has since gone on to become one of the UK’s top comedy writers for children, collecting numerous awards, including a shortlisting for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize. He lives in St Albans.
